What this environment collects
IntakeOps stores account, workspace, intake workflow, and activity-stream data entered during evaluation. This environment is not intended for live customer operations and should not contain sensitive personal data.
How data is used
Inputs are used to power qualification workflows, ownership assignments, status transitions, and usage tracking. No payment collection or external CRM sync is enabled in this package.
Retention and deletion
Evaluation data may be reset during maintenance or listing refresh cycles. Buyers should treat this environment as non-production and non-authoritative.
